1. Service Cancellation Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@digitalkurva.in.
For monthly service plans, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic billing.
We provide marketing serviceson a best-effort basis. Outcomes such as lead quality, conversions, or sales may vary and depend on multiple factors beyond marketing execution.

2. Refund Policy Since we offer digital services, refunds are not provided for services that have already been started or delivered. If the service has not begun and the cancellation request is approved, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative or processing fees. One-time consultation calls or strategy sessions are non-refundable.

Refunds : Once the service has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, irrespective of whether the plan is monthly, quarterly, or otherwise.

3. Exceptions Refunds may be considered under rare circumstances, such as non-delivery of services due to internal issues, at the sole discretion of DigitalKurva, and refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.

4.Refund Duration if Everything ok according to our policy we will innitiate refund Within 7 Working days.
